Rooted in Hope and Renewal.

As the healthcare home of The Esther Network, The Myrtle Collective meets you where you are, with whole-person care that listens first.

Myrtle Collective Health exists to give every person the time, curiosity, and respect that too often get lost in a rushed system. Guided by our root-cause approach, we look past symptoms to the foundations of health: sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and the labs that reveal what’s really happening. As the healthcare pillar of The Esther Network, we meet people where they are, blending family medicine with preventive and functional care so each patient leaves heard, informed, and hopeful about what comes next.

Devon’s road to medicine has had more chapters than most. She spent six years with the U.S. Navy as an engineering aide, reading blueprints, testing soil, and making sure every structure stood on a solid foundation. She then trained as a cosmetologist before turning to nursing. As a nurse, she cared for cardiothoracic surgery patients and then spent more than five years in labor and delivery at hospitals across the country.

She earned her master’s and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Alabama and became a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She spent two years providing family and women’s health care at a rural clinic in La Pine, where she built a panel of more than 900 patients. Today she leads clinical care at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Bend.

Through every chapter, one thing has stayed the same: Devon keeps digging until she finds the answer. Her thorough, root-cause approach has helped patients get diagnoses in weeks that might otherwise have taken months. She is also the founder of The Esther Network, a nonprofit that supports women through life’s hardest seasons, and Myrtle Collective Health is its healthcare pillar.
